Anyway, the reason for this email is to share with you how I built
a 55,000 people optin email list in only 2 weeks… and how you can
use the same strategy to build your own email list.

It’s something I did by complete accident, so wasn’t really a

It was a weight loss eBook, which I wrote and sold from my dinky

I wrote my own salescopy to sell my eBook. The salescopy was
absolutely horrible. I remember getting around a .03% conversion
rate. That’s not even a half of a percent!

Anyway, while my conversions on this sales letter were ridiculously
bad, I still managed to make about $13,000 per month from selling
that 1 eBook for only $19.95! That’s ALOT of eBooks to sell to make
that much money… and some very good money for being a complete
newbie to marketing on the internet.

How’d I do it? Good question…

I got ALOT of traffic to the site, and I mean ALOT. I remember getting
12,000-15,000 visitors to the site per day, on average!

And it all came from free search engine traffic!

With that much traffic, a horrible conversion rate really didn’t
matter. It didn’t matter that I had no idea how to “sell”. I had a
ton of people seeing the salesletter, so naturally I made quite a
few sales.

With that much traffic, I could quickly learn how to increase my
conversions. Without traffic, I would basically have gone nowhere.

Alright, so based on that, the important part of generating income
online is getting traffic. If you have a lot of traffic, you can
have no idea how to sell, and still earn quite a bit online.

Which leads me to the other topic I wanted to tell you about, which
is an easy way you can get a lot more traffic to your site, like I
did, and continue to do. I would venture to say it’s one of the top
2 easiest way to generate traffic to your site.

If you wanted a lot of traffic, you would typically expect it to
come from the search engines. And to get traffic from the search
engines, you need to rank at the top, obviously.

There are several ways to increase your site’s rankings in the
search engines, but what I’ve found to be the absolute best way is
to get loads of ONE-WAY “backlinks” pointing to your site.

This tells the search engines that your site is important.
The more links there are pointing to your site, the higher your
search engine rankings will be. PERIOD!

From my own experience, I’ve found article marketing to be THE best
way to get backlinks to your site.

If you really break it down to its simplest form:

More backlinks = higher search engine rankings = more traffic!

So how do you get these one-way backlinks to your niche sites?
Easy… Article Marketing

ages. Well, it has, but guess what? 99% of people are doing it
completely wrong and getting only 5% of the traffic they SHOULD

เว็บไซท์โรงแรมเดิมที่ทางทีมผมได้ทำไว้จะมีสองระบบในตัวครับซึ่งก็คือเป็นระบบ Flash และ HTML สองแบบควบคู่กัน แต่ตอนนี้่ทางทีมผมจะเสนอการปรับเปลี่ยนระบบใหม่โดยเปลี่ยนมาใช้ระบบ Content Management System ที่เรียกว่า wordpress ซึ่งทาง TiGERiDEA โดยเฉพาะคุณเม่นมีความเชียวชาญอยู่มาก ระบบนี้พัฒนาโดยนักพัฒนาชั้นนำทั่วโลกและเพิ่งจะมีชื่อเสียงเมื่อปีที่ผ่านมาครับ ตัวอย่างเว็บที่เราทำมาแล้วและประสบความสำเร็จกับ google มากก็คือ เว็บโรงเรียนของผมเอง http://www.ischool.in.th/และเว็บ”อ่าน” http://www.readjournal.org/

ระบบ Flash

จุดดีของระบบ Flash ก็คือเว็บจะค่อนข้างสวย การเฟดรูปและเปลี่ยนหน้านุ่มนวลเหมือนดูหนังมีเพลงฟังต่อเนื่องในทุกๆหน้า

จุดด้อยของระบบ Flash คือ เว็บจะโหลดช้าหรือมีปัญหากับคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ไม่มี high speed internet และการแสดงผลมีปัญหากับคอมพิวเตอร์ในบริษัทเอเจนซี่เนื่องจากการลงโปรแกรมในคอมพิวเตอร์ไม่ครบถ้วนครับ จึงทำให้เราต้องเสนอว่าให้ทำเว็บแบบ HTML classic ควบคู่ไปขณะนั้น และจุดด้อยที่สำคัญอีกประการก็คือ google ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพในการเจอเว็บที่เป็น Flash ได้ดีครับเพราะมันไม่เจอตัวหนังสือนั่นเอง และในทางปฎิบัติ ผู้ที่นิยมท่องเว็บปัจุบันนั้นไม่นิยมเว็บ Flash แล้วเพราะ out-trend และโหลดช้าไม่ทันใจครับ

ระบบ HTML

จุดดีของระบบ HTML คือ เว็บโหลดเร็วและถูกเจอโดย google ได้ง่าย ปัจจุบันมีเว็บรูปแบบนี้อยู่เยอะที่สุดครับ
ถ้าบริษัทที่เป้นเจ้าของเว็บไซท์เป็นผู้ทำเว็บเองและมีพนักงานดูแลปรับปรุงเว็บทุกวันก็จะมีสิทธิ์ที่จะทำให้เว็บ ติดอันดับสูงๆได้เช่น เว็บรวมลิงก์ชั้นนำของไทย

จุดด้อยคือ เนื้อหาต่างๆออกมาไม่ค่อยสวยเท่าไหร่ และไม่สามารถใส่เพลงหรือ fade ภาพได้ และดูไม่ค่อยมีรสนิยม ถ้าเจ้าของเว็บ ต้องการปรับปรุงแก้ไขเว็บเร่งด่วนจะไม่สามารถทำใด้โดยง่ายนัก

ระบบ WordPress

จุดดีของระบบ wordpress คือ เจ้าของเว็บสามารถดำเนินการแก้ไขและปรับปรุงเว็บได้อย่างสะดวกรวดเร็วอย่างมาก และผู้ดูแลเว็บ สามารถปรับแต่งเว็บด้าน keyword อย่างละเอียดในแต่ละหน้าให้ google สามารถหาเจอได้ดีขึ้น และผู้ติดตั้งระบบสามารถติดตั้งหน้าใหม่ๆ เพิ่มได้อย่างง่ายดาย เว็บมีความสวยงามกว่า html แต่ยังอาจไม่ถึงขั้น”เหมือนดูหนัง”แบบ Flash และเจ้าของเว็บสามารถโหลดข้อมูลใหม่ๆขึ้นไปได้ตลอด ด้วยระบบ blog ( บทความ online ) ซึ่งสามารถใส่ function customer review , event update ต่างๆได้ง่าย , เจ้าของเว็บสามารถดูผู้ที่เข้ามาท่องเว็บว่ามาจาก ที่ใดบ้าง ประเทศใดบ้าง ด้วย keyword การ search อะไรบ้าง และที่คุณ xxx ได้ถามผมว่า ” ระบบนี้เดี๋ยวก็เก่า ต้องมีการเปลี่ยนใหม่อีกหรือไม่” ทางทีมงานของอธิบายด้วย จุดเด่นของ opensource philosophy ก็คือ ระบบจะถูกพัฒนาโดยนักพัฒนาทั่วโลกครับ ดังนั้นมันต้องดีกว่าการที่เราคนเดียว (TiGERiDEA) จะพัฒนาเว็บ Flash หรือ HTML ด้วยตัวคนเดียวอยู่แล้วอย่างแน่นอน ดังนี้ feature ที่ทันสมัยและอัพเดท จะถูกคิดขึ้นอย่างสม่ำเสมอและเราสามารถ update เข้ากับระบบเว็บได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องรื้อระบบใหม่อยู่เรื่อยๆ

จุดด้อยของ wordpress ก็คือการปรับปรุงในระยะเริ่มต้นนั้นต้องใช้ผู้ที่มีความสามารถมากกว่าการทำงานด้าน HTML classic การทำงานของ wordpress ต้องมีการติดตั้งและทดสอบบน server ซึ่งทำให้ยากกว่า การนำเว็บมา run offline เพื่อใช้โชว์ในงานต่างๆนั้นทำได้ยากกว่าปกติ

โดยสรุป
จากข้อดีและข้อด้อยตลอดจนถึงแนวทางของการทำ Marketing ทางเว็บไซต์ยุคใหม่ จะเห็นว่าเป็นการเหมาะสมที่สุดที่ทางผมจะเสนอให้เปลี่ยนแปลงระบบเว็บเดิมมาเป็นแบบ WordPress

สิ่งที่ต้องแลกกัน ระหว่าง เว็บไซต์โรงแรมของคุณ xxx แบบ Flash และแบบ wordpress คือความเรียบง่ายของหน้าแรกนั้น อาจจะต้องหายไปเนื่องจากเราควรจะต้องใส่ตัวอักษร keyword ต่างๆเข้าไปในหน้าแรก ทำให้ไม่เรียบหรูเหมือน Flash ของ เว็บไซต์ Flashตัวเก่า และเพลงของโรงแรม ในversion Flash ซึ่งเดิมสามารถที่จะวิ่งต่อเนื่องได้ไม่ว่าจะเปิดไปที่หน้าใดก็ตามจะเปลี่ยนเป็นไม่ต่อเนื่อง (จะหยุด เมื่อเปลี่ยนหน้า) อย่างใรก็ตาม หน้าแรกของเว็บไซต์ นั้นผมจะพยายามทำให้ สมดุลระหว่าง “ดีไซน์ที่แสดงถึงทิศทางของโรงแรม” และ “ดีไซน์ที่นักท่องเว็บชื่นชอบ” ให้มากที่สุดครับ

ฺBlognone ลงข่าวเว็บช่วยชาติประมาณห้าโมงเย็น หลังจากนั้น Stat ก็พุ่งอย่างที่เห็นครับ

หลังจากนั้นแค่สิบนาที ทาง MCOT.net FM100.5 ก็โทรติดต่อมาที่ผมว่าวันรุ่งขึ้นให้ไปสัมภาษณ์สดออกรายการวิทยุที่ตึก MCOT หน่อย ผมก็ไปกับคุณเม่น บังเอิญมีน้องแมน iSchool ไปช่วยถ่าย VDO ให้ด้วย

ต่อจากนั้น เว็บก็เริ่มมี feedback ปากต่อปากใน twitter เริ่มจากคุณ mk เอาไป tweet ครับ มีการรายงานสดตอนคุณเม่นออกอากาศด้วยนะ (แอบเห็นคุณ iannnnn มากรี๊ดคุณเม่นด้วย )

เว็บไซต์ช่วยชาติได้ออกทีวีในรายการเรื่องเล่าเสาร์อาทิตย์โดยคุณสรยุทธ มี browse เว็บกันบนทีวีให้ดูด้วยครับ ลองดูประมาณนาทีที่ 7:35 จะมีการแสดงเว็บ factreport.go.th ต่อด้วยเว็บไซต์ช่วยชาติ.comครับ

การเผยแพร่ข่าวของเว็บนอกจากทีวีแล้วก็ยังมีหนังสือพิมพ์ด้วย

จาก stat ทั้งหมดในช่วงที่ผ่านมา พอสรุปได้ดังรูปครับ ดูแล้วตลกดีสำหรับเว็บรัฐบาลที่ตอนแรกมีคนเสนอค่า hosting ถึงเดือนละเกือบห้าหมื่นบาท แต่ในที่สุดไทเกอร์ตัดใินใจใช้ hosting ราคาเดือนละ 800 บาท สำหรับในปัจุจุบันคนเข้าเว็บนี้ประมาณสองพันคนต่อวัน

stat ของเว็บช่วยชาติ จะเห็นมีโด่งอยู่สองครั้ง ครั้งแรกคือ Blognone effect และ twitter ครั้งที่สองคือออกทีวี

หลังจากเว็บช่วยชาติสำเร็จ คุณเม่นได้รับการทาบทามจากทีมงาน opendream ให้ช่วยออกแบบเว็บไซต์ factreport ซึ่งเป็นเว็บ Drupal รวบรวมข้อมูลต่างๆของรัฐบาลต่อเนื่องอีกครับ ซึ่งจากการคุยกับผมเราก็ตัดสินใจดีไซน์ให้โดยใช้ธีมของเว็บช่วยชาติเพราะเราฝันมานานแล้วที่จะเห็นความ consistency กันของเว็บรัฐบาล และทางทีมงานตัดสินใจไม่เอาไทเกอร์ไอเดียไปรับ account เว็บนี้ด้วยเหตุผลบางประการ (ถ้ารับจะต้องชาร์ทค่าความเสี่ยงเป็นราคาที่สูงเกินไปจนไม่เหมาะสมครับ) เว็บนี้ปัจจุบันได้รับการวิพากย์วิจารณ์กันอย่างเผ็ดร้อนเลยทีเดียวนะ คุณเม่นเองให้ความเห็นว่าเว็บนี้มีข้อดีตรงทำให้ข่าวที่ออกจากรัฐบาลถูก registimate ว่ารัฐบาลเป็นคนพูดเรื่องต่อไปนี้จริงๆนะ

คุณเม่นกับผม มีความคิดที่จะแจกธีมเหล่านี้ในอนาคตแต่ต้องมีเวลา config ให้ใช้ง่ายๆด้วยเหมือนกันครับ ถ้าทำสำเร็จและรัฐบาลมีคำสั่งให้ใช้ผมเชื่อว่ามันน่าจะเป็นการปฎิวัติการทำเว็บราชการในไทยระดับหนึ่งเลย

เมื่อมาวิเคราะห์ก็พบว่าน่าจะมีปัจจัยดังนี้ครับ

ด้านโครงสร้าง
เว็บ ipattt นั้นใช้ระบบของ wordpress ซึ่งได้รับการยอมรับระดับโลกแล้วว่าถูกใจ google อย่างแท้จริงและยังมีระบบการ ping ที่ได้เปรียบระบบเว็บไซท์แบบอื่นๆอีก แถมยังใช้ธีมของคุณเม่นที่ถูกคิดขึ้นมาอย่างดีด้วย

ด้านลิงค์ภายนอก
ผมเป็นผู้เขียนโพสส่วนใหญ่ของเว็บ iSchool.in.th ซึ่งมี pagerank 4 แล้วและใช้ลิงค์เข้ามาหาตัวเองเสมอ และยังเป็นสมาชิกกิตติมศักดิ์ของเว็บไซท์ patid.com ด้วย ซึ่งผมได้ใส่ลิงค์เว็บผมเองไว้ที่ signature ของตัวเองครับ นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นผู้เล่น facebook ที่มีเพื่อนห้าร้อยกว่าคน ผมใช้ระบบการดึงโน้ตอัตโนมัติในการดึงโพสจากเว็บ ipattt ไปลงที่ facebook และแน่นอนว่ามีคนคลิกเข้ามา ช่วงแรกๆคุณเม่นจะแนะนำผมบ่อยเหมือนกันและในช่วงท้ายๆก็มีคุณ mk เข้ามาแนะนำผมในบล็อคของเค้าอีกด้วย อันนี้ได้รับอานิสงค์มีผู้มาเยี่ยมชมกันกระฉูดเลยครับ

ด้านเนื้อหา
ในครั้งแรกที่เขียนบล็อค ผมได้เขียนเกี่ยวกับเรื่อง วิธีทำ SEO เบื้องต้น ไว้ซึ่งได้รับความนิยมค่อนข้างมากและมีลิงค์กลับเข้าไปที่ google เยอะพอสมควร (คุณเม่นบอกว่า ถ้าเราลิงค์กลับไปที่ google มาก google จะมีคะแนนพิศวาสให้ ?!?!) ในการเขียนครั้งแรกๆนั้นผมใช้ keyword ที่ค่อนข้างเฉพาะเจาะจงอยู่บ้างครับ และลิงค์เรื่องที่เคยเขียนลง iSchool กลับมาที่เว็บไซท์ผมด้วยเช่นกัน ผมลง All in one SEO pack ใน wordpress และถามตัวเองทุกครั้งว่าเวลาคนเซิร์ทจะเซิร์ทว่าอย่างไร และต้องมีคำๆนั้นในเนื้อหาเสมอด้วยครับ หลังจากนั้นผมก็มีการโพสที่ค่อนข้างสม่ำเสมอประมาณสามวันต่อครั้ง

อย่างไรก็ตาม page-rank ไม่ได้เป็นส่วนสำคัญทั้งหมดในการประเมินคุณค่าของเว็บเราครับ ส่วนใหญ่เว็บของไทยถ้าเป็นบล็อคจะมี page-rank ที่จะขึ้นแบบ logarithm ในช่วงแรกถ้าทำถูกวิธีจะขึ้นเร็วมากและน่าจะไปช้าช่วง PR5

เพื่อนๆคงได้เห็นฟังก์ชั่นใหม่ของผู้ใช้ Google นันคือ Search Wiki สิ่งนี้นับเป็นหนึ่งในขั้นตอนการเปลี่ยนยุคของวิธีการคำนวณผลการ search ของ google ซึ่งก็จะมีผลต่อพฤติกรรมของผู้ที่ต้องการทำ SEO ด้วยนั่นเอง จากเดิมที่เรามักเซิร์ทแล้วไปตกที่เว็บรวมลิงค์ต่างๆที่ไร้ประโยชน์ ตอนนี้สิ่งเหล่านั้นกำลังจะจบลงแล้วครับ ! เว็บที่มีเนื้อหาสาระและให้ประโยชน์โดยตรงเท่านั้นที่จะอยู่รอดคงทนถาวร ดังนั้นผมคิดว่า ยุคต่อไปคงเข้าสู่ยุคของนักเขียน (และอาจจะมีหัวคะแนนอย่างที่ คุณเม่นกล่าวไว้ )

สำหรับผู้ที่ยังไม่เคยเห็น search wiki ลอง log in gmail ก่อนนะครับ ถ้าใช้ Mac ก็ลองเซิร์ทที่ safari ด้านบนขวาได้เลย จากนั้นพอ google แสดงผลจะเห็นว่ามีเครื่องหมาย ^ อยู่ด้านขวาของ Title แต่ละอัน สำหรับในเบื้องต้น google ได้ทำ function นี้ไว้เป็น personalize ก่อนครับคือ เราจัดอันดับของเราเองแต่ไม่เกี่ยวกับคนอื่น

ซึ่งขณะนี้ google กำลังพัฒนาอยู่ในยุคที่สามและมุ่งไปยังสี่ ( น่าแปลกที่ในเมืองไทยยังกำลังพัฒนายุคที่สองกันไปอย่างสุดกู่​ )สรุปง่ายๆก็คือ google มุ่งพัฒนาทุกวิถีทางที่จะให้ผู้ค้นหา ไปถึงจุดมุ่งหมาย ซึ่งก็คือข้อมูลปลายทางได้นั่นเอง
ซึ่งเข้าทางผู้ทำเว็บแบบ wordpress หรือเว็บแบบ White hat (สายขาว) นั่นเอง และนอกจากนี้ google ยังเปลี่ยนวิธีรวบรวมข้อมูลการ search จากเดิมที่แบ่งประเภท หาเว็บ หารูป หาแผนที่ หาวีดีโอ แยกกันตั้งแต่แรก มาเป็น หาทุกอย่างภายใต้คีย์เวิร์ดเดียวกัน เพราะฉนั้นผู้ที่จะทำ SEO จะต้อง ทำกับทุกๆสื่อของ google ไม่ใช่ทำเพียงเว็บไซท์อย่างเดียวเท่านั้น (แม้แต่เว็บรีสอร์ทที่ TiGERiDEA ทำไว้ยังต้องเตรียมการบน google map ด้วย)

การให้น้ำหนักกับการเซิร์ทนั้นจะมุ่งไปในสิ่งที่จะทำให้คนเข้าใจมากกว่า อย่างเช่นการเซิร์ท กีฬาบางประเภท แทนที่ google
จะโชว์หน้าเว็บเกี่ยวกับกีฬาเป็นอันดับหนึ่ง ก็จะโชว์วีดีโอซึ่งเข้าใจได้ง่ายกว่าแทน หรือการเซิร์ทสถานที่ google map ก็จะขึ้นแทน
ดังนั้นผู้ที่จะทำ SEO ต้องเข้าใจในจุดนี้อีกด้วย
