ผมแก้ไขปัญหาดังนี้

1) อีเมล์ ไป Windows Live Technical Support แล้วบอกเขาว่า เป็นเจ้าของ Mail Box ตัวจริง
2) ผมได้ Mail Box กลับมา ประมาณ 24 ชั่วโมง หลังจาก ได้รับการตอบรับจาก Windows Live Technical Support

ลองดูนะครับ
